Hi! So you want to know what the
Submission Agreement actually does? What can be done with your works by deviantART? You've come to the right page!

I have written a human-readable translation of the new Submission Agreement that has been in place since March 2006. (This translation file replaces the old one that I wrote, but comments on the previous one still remain below this description. I have placed a comment to indicate where the old comments stop and the new ones begin.)
Please, read it
in full, and spread the word anywhere you can (without spamming, of course).
Please Note: THIS IS A PDF FILE. You need to click the "Download" link and have a PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat) installed. The preview image is based on a royalty-free stock image from that sxc.hu free stock photo site.
If you have any comments, or
specific criticisms, PLEASE post them! I welcome feedback!

Oh
So, basically, in order to become a member of this "art site" I only need to give up on MY rights about MY art, so they can clearly steal it however the fuck they want.
"Oh, but it's not stolen if I get someone to make an exactly artwork as yours, because the one who made it was not you!"
What the fuck is this?
Holy fuck. I'm seriously considering moving to another website. And you know what's the sad thing about this? It's that I really love deviantArt and it's such a pity that the admins let us down like that. This "art site" is a joke.
:C
